Cancellation Policy
We would appreciate the courtesy of a call if you are unable to keep you scheduled appointment. Please notify our office at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time. There are likely other patients who would use the appointment time if they have enough notice. If you are unable to reach the office during open phone hours, you may leave a message cancelling your appointment. We reserve the right to charge a missed appointment fee for each appointment that is not canceled in a timely manner
